Belle Peau is an eco-friendly skincare company that prides itself on the following, affordability, being inclusive, sustainability and being environmentally friendly. It is a B-Corporation. Meaning that we balance profit and purpose.  As we utilize our company to tackle global issues in the current world today.  We do this by utilizing eco-friendly practices, so that we do not leave a large carbon footprint while still providing the most high quality skin care products to our customers. As, all our packaging is biodegradable, and are manufactured in the place of operation which is the US. That way not as many  carbon emissions are released during the packaging process. Some of our practices are using natural and organic resources to produce our product, using reusable packing that can be recycled, etc. 

 

We are located at 901 Classon Ave, in Brooklyn, New York.  Where we have a small firm of just 17 employees. Our firm is organized with  a matrix structured form of organization. We combine functional and divisional models,which entails having people that work on similar tasks placed together on speciality, regardless of department or title.We combine this aspect of our business with the divisional methods of organization whenever we need to complete a large project. This feature allows our employees to work on projects that fit their expertise even if it is beyond the function of their current position. 

 

Our business is partly owned by our shareholders due to the stakes that they invested into the company. Our investors include a VE board member, Angel Investors and an Out of Network Sales Contractor.
